FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER began this week on Disney Plus and showcased the new threats posed by a terrorist organisation. During the show a brand new villain was introduced, Flag-Smasher, who possessed seemingly the same powers as Captain America. Could this have been one of the frozen Winter Soldiers from Captain America: Civil War?
