Pirates of the Caribbean: Johnny Depp’s request to chop Sparrow’s nose off was rejected

PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN hero Jack Sparrow has a number of quirks which make him iconic, but actor Johnny Depp wanted to add one more thing to his list: Removing a piece of his face. This was supposed to add another level of physical humour to the role, but Disney simply wouldn't go for it.
