HURRICANE season in the Atlantic Ocean is now "the busiest on record", with 29 tropical storms or subtropical storms recorded by scientists. Meteorologists have explained the "extreme" activity, after the formation of a new storm, Theta, and another high-energy system developing in the Caribbean.
