THE ROYAL FESTIVAL HALL has borne witness to many a singular concert by band and orchestra. But very few as special and stunning as tonight’s classic sonic entwining produced by former Genesis guitarist Hackett and the 41 piece Heart Of England Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by the infectiously charismatic Bradley Thachuk.
