WHEN an ageing Norman Wisdom needed a confidence boost, he used to go to Tirana and fall over in public. The British comic became an unlikely cult figure in Albania during the Communist era, where his slapstick battles with Mr Grimsdale somehow summed up the glorious revolutionary struggle of the proletariat.
