Rothschild & Sons review: With the exception of two songs, the score is unmemorable



AFTER their worldwide triumph with Fiddler On The Roof, about a poor Jewish tailor with five daughters suffering anti-Semitism in late 19th-century Russia, Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick wrote The Rothschilds, about a rich Jewish banker with five sons suffering anti-Semitism in early 19th-century Germany.
