SIR Simon Rattle is not one to do anything by halves. This is evident from the posters displayed throughout London, flagging up an eleven day feast of 31 musical events titled “This is Rattle” to celebrate his return to Britain as music director of the London Symphony Orchestra after 16 years with the Berlin Philharmonic.
