RUBY WAX, 63, is the actress and comedian best known for sitcom Girls On Top and chat show The Full Wax. She tackles stress-related disorders in her live show Frazzled which continues touring in January. Her book, A Mindfulness Guide For The Frazzled , is out in paperback next week.
